2000-2004 – The Third, the Second, the First Secretary of the State Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2005-2006 – The First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UAE

2006-2010 – The Head of Dubai Consulate Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UAE

2010-2012 – The Director of the Privilege and Immunity Division of the State Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan
