The meeting discussed the development of humanitarian and cultural cooperation, the protection and study of common historical and cultural heritage within the framework of the existing friendly and strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
During the talks, it was noted that the study of archival materials related to the historical relations between Baku and Batumi and the activities of the Azerbaijani and Georgian communities that lived in the region is of particular scientific importance.
In conclusion, the parties agreed to further expand cooperation in the field of archival work and develop mutual relations.
It was stated that the meeting will serve the development of Azerbaijani-Georgian humanitarian cooperation
