Education:

 

1997-2000 – Baku State University, Faculty of International Law, Bachelor’s degree

1996-2001 – Azerbaijan University of Languages, Faculty of Philology, (correspondence education), Bachelor’s degree

2000-2002 – Baku State University, Faculty of International Law, Master’s degree.

2003-2005 – Referent and Attaché at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2005-2009 – Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Romania, Attaché and Third Secretary

2009-2010 – Third Secretary and Second Secretary of the Department for Human Resources and Professional Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2010-2014 - Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Serbia, Second Secretary and First Secretary
